Maison Rehab

Home-Based Occupational Therapy

The dignity of recovering at home, without compromise

Maison Rehab brings clinical rehabilitation of the highest calibre into the homes of clients who expect discretion, efficiency and care shaped entirely around their own life — not a ward, not a waiting room. Recovery shouldn’t require you to leave the life you’ve built.

Maison Rehab was founded on a simple premise: that expert Occupational Therapy is more effective, more dignified and more sustainable when it takes place within the client's own home. We work at your own pace of recovery. Every engagement is private, unhurried and built around you and your routine.

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy (OT) helps people participate in the everyday activities that are meaningful and important to them. These activities or ‘‘occupations’’ include things like self-care, work, leisure and connecting with others.

An OT works with you to understand what may be making everyday activities more difficult and develops practical, personalised strategies to help you feel more confident and independent. This may include building skills, adapting activities or environments, recommending equipment or supporting you to find new ways of doing things to help you live life to the fullest.

Whether you are recovering from an injury or illness, managing a disability, navigating a life transition or simply finding day-to-day activities more challenging, OT focuses on what matters most to you and helps you achieve your goals.
