A one-off home visit to provide holistic assessment of the person, their home and their daily activities followed by a comprehensive written report with advice, education and recommendations.
Tailored rehabilitation following surgery, injury or stroke. We provide support to restore function, confidence and independence.
Practical solutions to make everyday life easier through adaptive equipment, home modifications, falls prevention and home safety assessments - helping you to maintain independence or to ease the caring role.
Ongoing OT for changing needs such as Parkinson’s disease or dementia. We work alongside you to develop long-term strategies, routines and plans for continued independence, safety and quality of life as circumstances evolve.
Our Process
Maison Rehab offer assessments, interventions and recommendations for a broad range of conditions, including but not limited to:
Neurological (e.g. Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia/Cognitive impairment)
Post-surgery
Post-illness, chronic illness or injury
Recommendations will be given on how to improve safety, regain independence or to care most effectively for your needs.
A tailored rehabilitation programme will be introduced if required.
If required, we will continue to provide in-home sessions, regularly reviewed and adapted as your needs change.

Our Rates
Please note all new clients require an ‘Assessment’ at the commencement of their care.
Assessment- $395
A 60 minute home visit followed by a comprehensive written report tailored to the individual’s needs.
Your assessment may include:
Functional assessment
Personalised advice and education
Equipment recommendations
Home modification recommendations
Rehabilitation planning
Liaison or referrals with other health professionals or services
On-going care- $225 per hour
Individualised therapy visits to review circumstances, progress rehabilitation, implement recommendations or provide ongoing support with brief written summary of session provided.
Administrative- additional reports, referrals, emails etc- $85 per 30 minutes
For additional reports, letters or extensive email or telephone liaison requested outside of appointments.
Home visits will also incur a travel fee of $40 per session (Auckland-only).
All rates include GST.
